Hi all. I wonder if anyone can help. I have a client who uses MYOB Accounting Plus V15 on an Applemac. A computer problem meant that they lost their current MYOB company file and had to restore back to an earlier backup. However, they had numerous sales Invoice templates that they had customised but these had disappeared from the list available for selection in their restored company file. They have a copy of their old Forms folder containing all these customised forms but when they tried copying this across to replace the Forms folder in their MYOB Plus 15 folder, it doesn't work. Although the customised forms can now be seen in the Forms folder, they are not available from the drop-down list when they're working in the datafile itself. I've spoken to the MYOB/Mamut tech support and they say it should be as simple as just copying the folder across and can't help any further. We've also tried just copying each of the forms individually rather than the whole folder and this still doesn't work. Can anyone shed any light ? Thanks
